Agogo IWH development has been defined to maximize the exploitation of the reserves associated of the following fields:

  • Agogo field;
  • Ndungu field; and
  • Other WH area still producing fields.

The Project is being installed in Block 15/06, offshore Angola, with water depths around 1700m for Agogo field and 1200m for Ndgungu.

The development concept for Agogo field foresees subsea development of 22 (twenty-two) wells whose production is gathered by a dedicated FPSO.

The development wells are split into oil producers, WAG and water injectors. The wells are designed to reach their subsurface targets drilling through the salt diapir.

Production liquids are processed on a dedicated FPSO where the separated oil is stored ready for export by shuttle tankers; production water is pumped for injection into the reservoir for pressure maintenance purpose.

The associated gas is exploited as fuel for the on-board electric powering system (Combined Cycle Gas Turbines generators), gas lift on all the oil producers and injection into the reservoir for pressure maintenance.

General Services provided: Audit services as a legal requirement for official issuance of Operating License, including the issuing of a report on Commissioning and Start-up activities of the AGOGO IWH Development, located offshore on Block 15/06 – Angola.
