The South N’Dola Project was installed in Block 0 offshore Cabinda – Angola, approximately 38 miles (58km) from Malongo Camp in a water depth of around 230ft (70m).

The South N’Dola platform is a normally unattended wellhead platform, remotely operated, equipped with minimal equipment to facilitate gathering and metering production fluids from wells. The platform has a maximum number of 12 (twelve) wells. The peak production rates range from 8.500 bpd to approximately 30.000 bpd.

The 3-phase production is tied back to the Mafumeira Production Processing Platform using a 16” carbon steel pipeline. Multiphase production flows to the existing host facility at MAF-PPP for processing. Liquids (including LPG) will be exported to Malongo Plant and gas to Angola LNG.

General Services provided: Audit services as a legal requirement for official issuance of Operating License, including the issuing of a report on Commissioning and Start-up activities of the South N’Dola Project, located offshore on Block 0 – Angola.

  • Basis of Design (Topsides, Flowlines, Spools and Risers);
  • Project Quality Management Plan;
  • Detailed Project Schedule (Fabrication / Manufacturing / Assembly / Offshore Campaign / Commissioning / Start-Up);
  • Inspection and Test Plans (Structural and Pipe Works);
  • Project HSE Plan;
  • Load-Out and Marine Transportation Procedure;
  • Offshore Safety Systems;
  • Emergency Response Plan.

  • Greenfield Scope (Jacket / Topsides)
    • Fabrication / FAT / Inspection and Pre-Commissioning activities – at Algoa’s Malembo yard and Malongo’s Assembly Area in Cabinda – Angola;
  • Brownfield Scope (Spools, Tie-ins & Deck extension)
    • Fabrication / FAT / Inspection and Pre-Commissioning activities – at Petromar’s Malembo yard in Cabinda – Angola;
  • Wellhead and Tree Equipment – at Malongo’s Assembly Area in Cabinda – Angola;
    • Manufacturing / FAT / Inspection activities – at Cameron/SLB’s facilities in Subang – Malaysia
  • Mudmats / Skirt Piles
    • Fabrication / FAT / Inspection activities – at Malongo’s Assembly Area in Cabinda – Angola;
  • Jacket and PDM/DDM Load-Out – at Malongo’s Assembly Area in Cabinda – Angola;
