The Project corresponds to the 4th offshore deepwater development in Angola Block 17, through the operation of 4 (four) new fields named Cravo, Lírio, Orquídea and Violeta (CLOV). The Project is a stand-alone concept, covering 34 (thirty-four) new subsea wells (19 Production + 15 Water Injection), intended to develop about 505 Mb of producible oil over 20 years, along with the export of the produced Associated Gas (to be routed to ALNG Plant) via Block 17 pipeline. First Oil expected to Q2 2014. Production: Aprox. 160.000 bod. Time frame of the Project: 20 years.
General Services provided: Audit services as a requirement for official issuance of Operating License including the issuing of a report on Commissioning and Start-up activities of the CLOV Project located on Block 17 offshore Angola, namely reviews on:
• Executed Work -Project Document Review (Sample);
• Visit main Contractors (e.g. EPCs);
• SPS Subsea Production System;
• SURF system;
• FDP Field Development Plan;
• Manufacturing Record Books (MRB’s) -ITP/ Inspection records / Test results / Materials / Traceability / Waivers / Deviation & NCRs;
• WPS/WPQ/WPQR;
• Commissioning and Start-up procedures;
• PQP Project Quality Plan; QA/QC;
• HSE (Health, Safety and Environment).
