Subsea facilities at the Mondo South field are tied-back to the existing Mondo FPSO vessel, while the Kakocha and Bavuca fields are being developed as tiebacks to the existing Kizomba B FPSO.
The project involves the drilling of 24 production wells, modifications to the topsides of the existing two FPSOs and installation of subsea flowlines and equipment. The project aims at recovering approximately 190 million barrels of oil from the three satellite fields and increase the overall daily production capacity at Block 15 to 350,000 barrels. First Oil expected to May 2015. Production: Aprox. 70.000 bod. Time frame of the Project: 20 yrs
General Services provided: Audit services as a requirement for official issuance of Operating License including the issuing of a report on Commissioning and Start-up activities of the Kizomba Satellites Phase II located on Block 15 offshore Angola, namely:
• Review EPC contactor engineering and procurement activities;
• Review major manufacturing, testing, and fabrication activities;
• Participate in selected EM assessments off EPC contractor quality programs;
• Witness Factory Acceptance tests of selected major equipment;
• Witness selected Mechanical Completion and Commissioning activities;
• WPS/WPQ/WPQR;
• PQP Project Quality Plan; QA/QC;
• HSE (Health, Safety and Environment).
• SPS Subsea Production System;
• SURF system;
• Manufacturing Record Books (MRB’s) -ITP/ Inspection records / Test results / Materials / Traceability / Waivers / Deviation & NCRs.
