Performance of an integrated audit to follow up the Angola LNG site activities until the handover of the facilities from the EPC Contractor Bechtel. Audit process developed under 3 disciplines:

 

Technical

– Document review of Project Objectives, Philosophies, Specifications and Definitions, along with construction, installation, repair and testing records and reports, taking into consideration the organization and compliance with normative and protocol assumptions, along with International Standards application, in order to meet the required Good Engineering Practices (GEP) inherent to the relevance of the Angola LNG Project;

– Witnessing of construction, installation, replacement, repair, testing and commissioning activities.

• QA / QC

– Document review of Project QA / QC Premises, Plans and Procedures, along with Quality Control of the reviewed technical documentation.

• HSE

– Review of the Project Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and HSE Plans, Procedures, Reports and Field Documentation, comparing the initial objectives of the discipline with the field metrics collected during the audit period, along with HSE relevant site activities witnessing. Thereby, a closer contact with the work development and, consequently, direct interaction with the related procedures and how these were met and applied.
